Smoked fish gourmet recipes


A selection of natural or flavoured smoked fish without the addition of chemical additives. After a careful selection of the fish, the cutting and groomingtake place exclusively by hand. Dry salting, drying andcold smoking are carried out by hanging with beech wood smoke. Thanks to periodic checks on the production phases, the meats are soft and easy to slice.
